This Intellectual Property Policy describes how Muhywyi protects its intellectual property and how users of the platform are expected to respect the intellectual property rights of Muhywyi and third parties. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
1. Ownership of Platform Content
All content available on the Muhywyi platform, including but not limited to course materials, masterclass recordings, written guides, instructional texts, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of Muhywyi or its licensed content contributors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights.
Nothing on this platform shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any of Muhywyi's intellectual property without prior written permission.
2. Permitted Use of Content
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view platform content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not permit:
- Downloading, copying, or reproducing content for distribution or public display
- Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on platform content
- Selling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any content in any form
- Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

3. Trademarks and Brand Elements
The name Muhywyi, associated logos, taglines, and visual identity elements are trademarks or service marks of Muhywyi. These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with Muhywyi, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Muhywyi.
All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any such marks does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

5. Instructor and Contributor Content
Content created by instructors, guest experts, and professional contributors featured on the platform is either licensed to Muhywyi under separate contractual agreements or is the property of Muhywyi where produced under a work-for-hire arrangement. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use instructor content without explicit written authorisation from Muhywyi and, where applicable, the relevant contributor.
