6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Fees

6.2 Billing

For subscription-based access, fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

6.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muhywyi and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event will Muhywyi's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Muhywyi in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred euros (€100).
